Color-Accurate Monitor Reference

March 11, 2009 by Rich Seiling

Are you not sure which monitor will give you the color-accurate results you need? You’re not alone, according to my poll.

To make it easier to choose, I created a reference and buying guide for color-accurate monitors, which lists many of the currently available monitors and shares my experiences from real-world use.

I’ll update and expand this reference as I can. There are some Samsung displays I want to add, and I’d love to test several of the lower priced displays so I can find a cheaper option for the average photographer.

Share your experiences and what you are using in the comments section.
